Add typing indicator while agent is processing

Shows "typing..." in WhatsApp while the agent container is running. Uses Baileys sendPresenceUpdate with 'composing' and 'paused' states. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
