Koshkoshinsk	0992979c5a	feat(new-setup): probe host-deps and skip bootstrap when already installed ... Probe now emits HOST_DEPS (ok|missing) based on whether node_modules/better-sqlite3/build/Release/better_sqlite3.node exists — the canonical proof that `pnpm install` ran and the native build step succeeded. Step 1 (Node bootstrap) skips when HOST_DEPS=ok instead of always re-running setup.sh. Probe now genuinely routes step 1 the same way it routes every other step. Koshkoshinsk	b3e8b2e047	fix(new-setup): run probe before pnpm is installed ... Port probe to zero-dep plain ESM (setup/probe.mjs) so /new-setup can inject dynamic context on a fresh machine where pnpm/node_modules don't yet exist. Skill falls back to a STATUS: unavailable block if Node itself isn't on PATH, and the flow treats that as "run every step from 1" (each step is idempotent).
