Single command end-to-end: `bash nanoclaw.sh` runs setup.sh for
bootstrap and hands off to `pnpm run setup:auto` on success. Passes
through NANOCLAW_TZ, NANOCLAW_SKIP, SECRET_NAME, HOST_PATTERN via env.
