chore: migrate container Dockerfile to pnpm with corepack

Browse Source 
Enable corepack and PNPM_HOME in container, switch all npm/npx
invocations to pnpm/pnpm exec. Use wildcard COPY for optional
pnpm-lock.yaml in agent-runner.
