exe.dev userandClaude Opus 4.7 28c38ae28b fix(container): pin vercel to 52.2.1 to dodge broken 53.0.1 publish 
vercel@53.0.1 declares a dep on @vercel/static-build@2.9.22 which is not
published on npm (only 2.9.21 exists), breaking every fresh container
build that resolves vercel@latest.
